Customized prosthetic leg making involves a detailed process aimed at creating a prosthetic limb tailored to the specific needs and preferences of the individual.
The process begins with a thorough assessment by a prosthetist, who evaluates the individual's medical history, level of amputation, residual limb condition, functional goals, and lifestyle requirements.
Precise measurements are taken of the residual limb to ensure a proper fit for each and every individuals.
Using the mold or scan data, the prosthetist designs a custom socket that fits the contours of the residual limb snugly and comfortably. This socket is typically fabricated using advanced materials such as carbon fiber or thermoplastics to provide durability and flexibility.
Customized orthotic solutions for disabled individuals involve the design and fabrication of orthotic devices tailored to meet the specific needs of each person.
Based on the assessment and discussion, the orthotist designs a customized orthotic device that addresses the individual's specific needs and goals.
Once the design is finalized, the orthotic device is fabricated using advanced techniques and materials. This may include thermoforming, molding, or 3D printing to create a precise fit and achieve the desired level of support and functionality.

Cosmetic Restoration
Cosmetic prosthesis are made from a custom clear silicon. Sharped to match the high details of the non-affected body part and they can included wrinkles, veins, knuckle definition and fingernails. The clear silicon is then painted by an artist to perfectly match the individual’s existing skin tone, body hair, freckles and other natural features.

Liners, Sockets & Sleeves
